The Savoy fully met my expectation re: convenient location across from gare Cornavin, room and breakfast worth the price, reception exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Breakfast in adjoining establishment but worth the price and inconvenience.

The location was excellent, right opposite train station, and a short stroll through the city centre to the lake. The room was a good size and very clean. It had windows you could open.

The aircondiotioner did not seem to be working at 100% capacity for summer.

Location is superb. Most of the facilities are fine.

Bathroom was extremely small, using the toilet was almost impossible. In order to avoid similar problems you are advised to ask for a room with large bathroom.

Nothing to complain about. Good location, regular room and bath. Te noise outside from the street was the only problem.

Not very cheap....but where can you find cheap hotel in Swiss :)))) Very clean room. Good receptionist - polite and ready to help. Not bad breakfast, but could be better free wi-fi the location is very good - close to railway station and close to all historical places

The location was fabulous only 30 seconds from central station. The train ride from airport to city central is about 6 minutes. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, they also gave us free travel tickets for the three days we were there, this covered train, tram, bus and train to airport! Fabulous :)

- Location is great. - Room is bigger than other similar hotels on that street. - There is a bathtub instead of just a shower.

- Breakfast was just OK. Its in a bar next to the restaurant. - The vending machine selling water and other drinks was not stocked. I was there 3 nights and it was never restocked.

Near to the railway station

Hotel needs a big investment in the rooms. Its a budget hotel so you get what you pay for.

The location across from the train station as we were just staying one night in the middle of a week-long trip.

The hotel decor is generally outdated and our room was very cold because a window was ajar, which was not evident when we called hotel staff to our room at 10:00 P.M. to fix the heat. We had an uncomfortable night. The hotel did charge us a reduced rate when we complained in the morning.

friendly staff, they find things you lost and keep it until you come next time, advise you on things in Geneva like theft and pick-pocketing, simply "they care" :-)

the bathroom is too small, the breakfast does not have fresh vegetables, and at least low fat yoghurt and cottage cheese

It s around 100 meters opposite the central train station.

Although it is sound proof from the street noises,you can hear the other people in the rooms.i had a very heavy footer in my room above me.and also there was someone slumming the doors repeatedly (?) in my floor.

Location, big room, soundproofed

Good location - very central, close to the main station - good beds

Rooms ok - but small, and bathrooms quite old with smelling of mould
